Country Trailblazer Hayden Coffman Releases New Single “Damn Sure Does”

Rising country powerhouse Hayden Coffman has released his brand-new single “Damn Sure Does.” The gritty yet heartfelt track captures the sting of heartbreak with unapologetic honesty. With soaring vocals set against driving guitars and a steady backbeat, the song blends Coffman's modern edge with his deep country roots, delivering a sound that feels both timeless and fresh.

A Knoxville native, Coffman has quickly built a reputation as one of country music's most promising independent artists. His catalog has earned more than 160 million streams worldwide and 36 million YouTube views. It's featured on marquee playlists including Spotify's Fresh Finds Country and Next From Nashville, Amazon's Breakthrough Country, and Tidal's Country Rising.

Following a buzz-worthy performance at CMA Fest 2025 in Nashville, Coffman continues to prove his staying power with music that connects straight to the heart. His 2024 album Love And A Heartbreak showcased his versatility, from rowdy anthems like “Woke Up Drunk (Again)” to stripped-down ballads such as “Fightin' Words.” “Damn Sure Does” builds on that momentum, striking a balance between vulnerability and full-throttle energy.

Reflecting on the song, Coffman shares, “I wrote this with a couple of buddies, pulling from some breakups that hit harder than I ever expected. Heartache always finds a way of cutting deeper than you think it will. I hope this song gives people comfort in knowing they're not alone and maybe even some strength to move forward.”

With “Damn Sure Does,” Coffman shows he is unafraid to be real, loud, and fully ready to take the next step in his career.

REMY GARRISON IS DONE DROPPING HINTS AND TURNS UP THE HEAT WITH FLIRTATIOUS NEW SINGLE "ICEBREAKER"

Independent Country newcomer Remy Garrison today releases her flirtatious new Pop Country bop “Icebreaker” and announces her new EP S.H.H. for October 24. With a bright, plucky banjo line and a fearless attitude, “Icebreaker” captures the playful frustration of meeting someone new—and waiting not-so-patiently for them to make the first move. Written by Garrison, Shane Yoder and Mark Seigle (producer), after the 25-year-old singer-songwriter stepped back into the dating scene following the end of a five-year relationship. Honest, hooky, and refreshingly real– “Icebreaker” encapsulates the spirit of her forthcoming EP.

“For the first half of my twenties I kind of lost myself in a not-so-great relationship and getting out of that situation, I feel like I've found myself in a lot of ways. I've got spirit back in my step. I rediscovered how fun it was to flirt with someone new– which is how 'Icebreaker' unfolded,” shared Remy Garrison. “I've gained a lot of independence and with that, confidence, both in who I am as a person and artist.”

S.H.H. is chock full of the Alabama native's infectious energy and newfound boldness. With sass-filled tracks like the unapologetic kiss off “Sweet 'N Low,” or backboned “Bite Back,” Garrison is brazenly putting into words her thoughts and feelings, so many of which others share but seldom admit. Allowing herself to fully dive into every experience for the first time has given her a fresh outlook and Garrison isn't holding anything back. Each song on this project is like a page ripped from her diary during this chaotic period of self discovery and change – and she has a lot to say.

Entitled S.H.H., the project's name is layered with meaning—part irony, part defiance, and part personal code. While the title suggests silence, the songs themselves stand in stark contrast to the word it's named after. For Garrison, S.H.H. is a tongue-in-cheek response to the people who've tried to quiet her voice, question her choices, or tell her what she couldn't say or do, down to the sneakers on her feet. It's also a secret acronym, quietly holding space for the recurring emotions that have defined this particular season of her life.

“I've always gotten a lot of opinions from others about what I should or shouldn't say, do, be, wear, etc., and part of that naturally comes with the territory of being in the music industry. Never wanting to rock the boat, I followed along but all the while felt like I was sugarcoating. In this new season of life, I traded in some of that compliance and naivety for honesty and it feels really freeing, like I've ripped off duct tape over my mouth,” added Garrison. “It's obviously titled in reference to silence, but I did have a little fun with the styling. The letters stand for three different adjectives that reflect how I was feeling when writing it. Maybe I'll share what those are some day…”

S.H.H. Track List:

1. “Sweet N Low” (Remy Garrison, Austin Cannon, Abbey Rowe, JB Somers)

2. "Bite Back” (Remy Garrison, Shane Yoder, Sarah Jones, and Mark Siegel)

3. "Good for Something” (Remy Garrison, Elena Jones, Garrett Mireles, and Mark Siegel)

4. "Clear Liquor” (Remy Garrison, Shane Yoder, Logan Murrell, and Mark Siegel)

5. "Icebreaker” (Remy Garrison, Shane Yoder, Mark Siegel)

6. "Tongue Tied” (Remy Garrison, Shane Yoder, Logan Murrell, Mark Siegel)

7. “Happy Ending” (Remy Garrison, Hope Blanchard, and Ray Aley)

Bri Bagwell Turns Up The Heat With New Single “Show Me” Out Today

Award-winning Texas/Americana artist Bri Bagwell releases her sultry new single “Show Me” out today, September 26th. Written solely by Bagwell, the song is a more soulful sound featuring organ/keyboard as the driving instruments, Bri’s vocals front and center, horns, and stacked background vocals. Fresh off a debut performance at AMERICANAFEST in Nashville at the legendary Station Inn, Bagwell has seen audiences react to the song in real time across her stacked fall tour.

An unlikely source of inspiration, “Show Me” was written by Bagwell as part of her Texas songwriting group that challenges and encourages a tightknit group of members to write and share a new song every two weeks. The prompt was to use the word “sweater” in a lyric - which Bagwell eloquently captures in verse 2: “I just can’t get it together/We’ve been apart for too long/I wear lonely like a sweater...”

On writing the song, Bagwell shares, “‘Show Me’ is unlike anything I’ve ever done. It’s a really soulful left turn for me and a reflection of where I am in my life right now. The content is a little bit more…what’s the word here…mature? At the stage of life that I’m in, a lot of my friends are talking about ‘love languages’ and identifying what works and what doesn’t in their relationships, as I am doing myself.  It’s really interesting to put the concept of physical touch into a song.”

With tasteful production from Rachel Loy, recorded at the Smoakstack in Nashville, TN, the track features heavy hitters including Billy Justineau on keyboards (Eric Church, Miranda Lambert, Brothers Osborne, Lainey Wilson), Rachel Loy on bass and harmonies (Willie Nelson, Vince Gill, Wendy Moten), Paul Eason of The Wilder Blue on acoustic guitar, Sam Hunter on lead guitar (Elton John, George Strait, Charlie Worsham), Fred Eltringham on drums (Sheryl Crow, The Chicks, Kacey Musgraves), and Carlos Sosa on horns (John Mayer, Marcus King, Maroon 5).

Dubbed by fans as “the sexy song” Bagwell will be performing the new single across the country with upcoming dates in NE, SD, MN, WI, IL, TX, CO and FL. She continues to host her hilarious chart-topping podcast Only Vans, distributed via The Bluegrass Situation, with recent episodes interviewing country artist Rick Trevino, singer/songwriter Adam Hood, and MusicFest’s John Dickson.

The track, written by Brian Fuller, Michael Lotten and Jordan Walker is now available for pre-save/add.

Rooted in Baldridge’s personal brand of Farm, Faith and Family, “Call Me If You Get One” draws inspiration mirrored in his own upbringing in southern Illinois. More than just a hunting story, the song captures the timeless bonds between generations and the emotions tied to cherished memories in the great outdoors. With heartfelt lyrics and Baldridge’s signature warmth, “Call Me If You Get One” is a reminder of the simple yet powerful ways family traditions carry forward through love and legacy.

“This song is really special to me,” says Baldridge. “It’s about those little things my dad and grandpa used to say that stuck with me. Now, I get to share those same memories and traditions with my son, and that means the world.”

To celebrate the release, Baldridge has teamed up with Rural King to highlight their shared values of family, tradition, and the outdoors. Ahead of this week’s new release, he will perform at the NSAI Awards on Tuesday, September 23, highlighting his talents as both a performer and songwriter. Baldridge recently wrapped back-to-back tours with Cody Johnson and Bailey Zimmerman, and this fall he will join Jelly Roll and Shaboozey on the Down Under Tour 2025 before launching his own Country Born Tour across the UK and Europe.

Zach Bryan And Gavin Adcock Nearly Get In A Fight During Country Music Festival In Oklahoma

Zach Bryan and Gavin Adcock nearly came to blows at the Born & Raised Festival in Pryor, Oklahoma, on Saturday (September 13). The altercation follows an ongoing public feud between the two country stars that began earlier this summer. Video footage shows Bryan attempting to scale a barbed-wire fence to confront Adcock, who was scheduled to perform shortly after, leading to a heated verbal altercation from opposite sides of the fence. The dispute escalated with Bryan shoving the fence and shouting at Adcock, “Hey, do you want to fight like a man? Come open the gate,” before security intervened. Adcock shared footage of the incident on Instagram, writing over the clip, “When you get death threats from Sack Cryin before you headline in his hometown,” while humorously captioning his post, “Eat a Snickers bro.” Their feud originated from a disagreement over Bryan’s crude response to a 14-year-old fan seeking an autograph following his show at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, which Adcock publicly criticized. Country Songstress Abby Christo Drops Empowering Anthem “Boy Bye”

New Zealand-born, Nashville-based country artist Abby Christo has officially released her brand-new single “Boy Bye,” available now on all streaming platforms. The track is a cheeky, empowering anthem that flips heartbreak into confidence, reminding listeners that knowing your worth is the ultimate glow-up.

Inspired by a conversation with a friend stuck in a toxic relationship, Christo found the spark for “Boy Bye” in a moment of blunt honesty. “I told her, 'That man wouldn't know what love was if it hit him in the eye,' and that line became the seed for the song. It's not about heartbreak - it's about strength, self-respect, and walking away with your head high,” says Christo.

With a fresh, modern country sound anchored by her soulful vocals, Christo continues to carve her place as one of Nashville's most exciting emerging voices. Originally from New Zealand, she first broke onto the scene as part of Mae Valley on X Factor NZ before stepping out on her own. Since then, she has earned over 5.6 million streams, sold out her first headline show, and performed at major festivals including CMC Rocks alongside artists such as Morgan Wallen, Zac Brown Band, and Keith Urban.

Blending influences from Dolly Parton to Kacey Musgraves, Christo has built a reputation for clever, heartfelt songwriting with a modern edge. With “Boy Bye,” she continues to carve out her own lane as country's curly-haired Kiwi sweetheart, and this might be her most fun release yet.
