STARMEN Announce New Studio Album 'Starmenized II' Due Out on November 28

Today, the Swedish hard rock band STARMEN proudly announce their fifth studio album 'Starmenized II,' set for release on November 28th, 2025 via Melodic Passion Records/Sound Pollution. To celebrate the announcement, the album’s first single and music video, “Trouble,” are out now and available to watch below.

STARMEN have quickly established themselves as a force in the rock world, known for their distinctive musical DNA and larger-than-life presentation. Following the success of'Starmenized' (2023) and the career-spanning compilation 'The Best of Starmen – Volume 1' (2024), the band now returns with a release that blends brand-new music with hidden treasures from their vault.

“We had so many great songs left from the last album that it would have been a waste not to release them,” shares Samuelsson on the upcoming album.

Produced by Hermanson, mixed and mastered by CJ Grimmark (Narnia), and featuring artwork and design by Samuelsson, 'Starmenized II' is set to deliver the band’s signature blend of classic hard rock energy and modern power.

STARMEN formed in 2018 as a high-energy homage to the rock heroes of the ’70s and ’80s, complete with bold, color-themed stage personas and their signature star-shaped makeup. Fronted by Kristian Hermanson (Red Starman) on vocals, guitar, and songwriting, alongside Jonatan Samuelsson (Gold Starman) on bass, Andreas Lindgren (Purple Starman) on lead guitar, and John Hector (Silver Starman) on drums, the band quickly established themselves as a force in the rock world with their authentic sound, melodic hooks, and powerful stage presence.

STARMEN's catalog includes 'Kiss the Sky,' 'Welcome to My World,' 'By the Grace of Rock ’n’ Roll,' and 'Starmenized' (2023), the latter praised for its cinematic videos, high production values, and strong songwriting. In 2024, the band marked their first five years with the release of 'The Best of Starmen – Volume 1,' a 20-track career-spanning compilation.

Now, STARMEN return with their fifth studio album 'Starmenized II,' a release that combines previously unreleased material from the 'Starmenized' sessions with the brand-new single “Born to Rock,” once again showcasing their trademark blend of classic hard rock spirit and modern energy.
