FORMOSA will start their hot Germany tour in a few days! Together with the Massive Wagons from the UK, the boys from Essen jump on the German stages. The band is the support a total of six times, but also two other tour dates are announced for the summer. Among other things, the self-founded FORMOSA beer festival in the hometown of Essen. With home-brewed FORMOSA beer from guitarist/brewer Nik Beer!
That sounds like a lot of fun! And to make the corks pop musically, we celebrate the start of the tour with the radio single "Rolling High". With a straight marching guitar riff, the locomotive on which the band is located thunders directly into our ears. Dirty, sweaty 80s influences, coupled with theatrical power metal, make the guys unstoppable!
The radio single comes from their album "Pyrite", which was released at the end of January. On it you will find 13 hot tracks that provide a lot of playing time and creative variety. The first singles "Cannibal Lover", "Power to the Fist" and "Boneshaker" already delivered a wild mix of fat riffs and dirty, loud sounds. We would also describe the rest of the album in the same way, outrageous and always ready to tear everything down. Catchy choruses invite you to sing along and tracks like "As Long As You're Rocking" even bring relaxed blues notes into play.
We recommend that you listen to the thing up and down before experiencing FORMOSA live. As always, feel free to contact us for interview requests. All data follows below. As a real live band, they are constantly on stage. The boys have already played over 300 concerts, we PROMISE you: This will be a DEMOLT! (story translated from German)
