Italian rock vocalist Chris Catena and his band Chris Catena’s Rock City Tribe return with their new single “Radio”, available now on all digital platforms, accompanied by the official music video released simultaneously on YouTube.
Originally written by Ryan Whyte Maloney, a Las Vegas-based singer-songwriter and The Voice USA finalist, “Radio” is a soulful and energetic, an emotional Hard Rock song with Country Rock influences.
The single was mixed by 7-time Grammy Award-winning engineer Brian Vibberts, renowned for his work with global icons such as Michael Jackson, Bon Jovi, Aerosmith, Beyoncé, Prince, and more.
With over two decades of experience, Chris Catena is a respected figure in international Rock, known for his powerful vocals, genre-defying versatility, and high-profile collaborations. His 2004 debut, Freak Out, featured iconic artists such as Glenn Hughes, Eric Singer, Bruce Kulick, Jeff Scott Soto, and many others. Throughout his prolific career, Chris has collaborated with music legends including Doug Aldrich, Stevie Salas, Kee Marcello, Bobby Kimball, Pat Travers, Brian Tichy, and Vitalij Kuprij.
The band's celebrated 2020 album Truth in Unity further solidified their reputation, featuring over 50 renowned musicians from around the world. Blending Hard Rock, Blues, Funk, and Soul, the album is a true melting pot of styles and personalities, including members of Whitesnake, Dio, Mr. Big, Toto, Blue Murder, Guns N’ Roses, Quiet Riot, and many more.
