Rising country artist Daniel Jeffers returns with a powerful new single, “Ain't About You,” available everywhere now. Written alongside Bobby Hamrick and Justin Halpin, the track is a reflective, emotionally nuanced take on post-heartbreak healing—and the struggle to reclaim music and memories from the ghosts of a failed relationship.
“There was a point in my life where I couldn't listen to any music without some part of it reminding me of a failed relationship,” Jeffers shares. “There was a weird juxtaposition there because music is, and can be, such a healing process when battling a heartbreak. I feel this song lends itself to the people who want to listen—or even remember certain memories—without being reminded of the faults that can bind themselves to them.”
With his signature blend of traditional grit and modern edge, the Dallas, NC native continues to carve a compelling path in country music. Jeffers first made waves with his breakout single “Roll One With Willie,” which earned him MusicRow's DISCovery Award and has racked up over 3 million streams across platforms.
Jeffers recently made his CMA Fest debut in 2025, performing on the Spotlight Stage inside Fan Fair X and introducing his signature sound to thousands of fans in the heart of downtown Nashville. In addition to his performance, he made high-profile appearances on Fox 17 Nashville and News Channel 5, further establishing himself as one of country music's most exciting new voices.
