Rising country powerhouse Taylor-Rae unveils her highly anticipated new EP Heaven Right Now, out everywhere on July 18th, 2025. Known for her emotionally resonant vocals and empowering lyricism, Taylor-Rae delivers her most introspective and self-assured project yet, one that urges listeners to slow down, breathe deep, and embrace the now.
The title track, written alongside Canadian country icon Carolyn Dawn Johnson, sets the tone for the entire EP. “We asked ourselves, what would it look like to tune out the outside noise and simply build the life you want?” shares Taylor-Rae. “Heaven Right Now is about releasing pressure — music-related or otherwise — and learning to live more fully in the moment.”
Adding to the magic, Johnson not only co-wrote the track but also lends her voice to the recording, a full-circle moment for Taylor-Rae, who grew up inspired by her artistry.
“This project is the most 'me' I've ever been,” Taylor-Rae explains. “It's about owning who I am as an artist and what I have to say. Ending it with a song like 'Heaven Right Now' just felt right.”
